Pen and Eye reports from Burien on a modest yet life-saving encampment effort put together with no public money by the Burien Community Support Coalition. We thank them for trusting us with this story. A lot has happened since we made this. Sunnydale lost its spot and the people it was sheltering have been ejected back into chaos and danger. At least one of them has died. Cydney Moore has been ruthlessly attacked with lies and slander for helping the unhoused by the mayor and city manager of Burien.
